Metallothionein
Interest in metallothionein (MT) has attracted considerable interest in the last two years because of data collected by William Walsh, Ph.D. of the Pfeiffer Institute, which indicates the copper to zinc ratio is abnormally high in individuals with autism. Dr. Walsh theorizes that the reason for this abnormal ratio is a deficiency of MT or an altered function of MT in individuals with autism. Based on this theory, Dr. Walsh began offering a treatment for this deficiency based on the use of nutritional supplements that include zinc, the amino acids found in MT, and other nutrients. However, it is estimated that zinc has over 200 different biochemical functions so the benefits of zinc might be completely unrelated to metallothionein. If metallothionein is low in autism, such a deficiency might help to explain why children with autism responded unfavorably to vaccines containing heavy metals like mercury. MT chelates mercury. If MT were low, more mercury might be free, causing greater toxicity. The amino acid sequences of human MT 1 and 2 are given below:

MT is a family of small proteins containing 61-68 amino acids with an unusually high concentration of cysteine (30%). In the diagram of MT1 and MT 2 above, a letter represents each of the 20 amino acids present in MT. The letter "c" represents the amino acid, "cysteine". MT-1 has 21 cysteine amino acids per MT molecule while MT-2 has 20 of these cysteine amino acids per molecule. The letters in red for MT2 represent amino acids in MT2 that are different than those in MT1. Cysteine contains a sulfhydryl group (SH) that has the ability to react with a number of metals including zinc, mercury, copper and cadmium. MT's are thought to function as intracellular distributors and mediators of copper and zinc, as well as playing a major role in heavy metal detoxification.
MT also plays a major role in the regulation of the immune system because it binds zinc more strongly than the zinc-dependent hormone thymulin, which activates the thymus gland - the master gland of the immune system. Excess formation of MT can lead to inadequate free zinc to activate the thymulin, which results in an increasing incidence of infections. Some researchers suspect that the MT increase that occurs with aging causes atrophy of the thymus gland due to insufficient free zinc and is a reason for the increased incidence of infections and cancer as we age.
Excess zinc, on the other hand, may lead to copper deficiency which is associated with anemia, high cholesterol, obesity, demineralization of the bones, decreased white blood cells necessary to fight infections, as well as depigmentation of hair and skin. A parent who gave their child high doses of zinc on a daily basis reported that the child's hair turned gray. Continuous zinc supplementation of as low as 18.5 mg per day for two weeks has induced copper deficiency in adults. Copper deficiency is indicated if serum copper is below 60 mcg/dL or serum ceruloplasmin is below 200 mg/L. Sometimes high doses of zinc are administered for more than a year in order to strengthen the immune system, but adults who take 225-450 mg of zinc daily have experienced nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. It is evident that either an excess or deficiency of MT, or an excess or deficiency of zinc or copper may be harmful.
Measurements of MT-levels, as well as zinc, have been used to indicate zinc deficiency. MT increases rapidly after zinc supplementation and decreases if the diet is deficient in zinc. The zinc from plasma proteins begins to be used up when the body stores are depleted. Zinc values in the plasma below 65-70 mcg/dL are considered indicative of zinc deficiency. When the values are below 33 mcg/dL, skin-rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite and a reduced sense of taste and smell can occur. Zinc deficiency is also associated with growth retardation, impaired development of bone and cartilage, poor wound healing, hair loss, night blindness, impaired immune function and delayed sexual maturation. Zinc may function as a cofactor in hundreds of different reactions so it is impossible to know which clinical symptoms are associated with particular biochemical reactions.
Glutathione
Glutathione is perhaps the major regulator determining the release of metals by MT and zinc is the major metal bound by MT in a healthy individual. Seven molecules of zinc can bind to every molecule of MT. Reduced glutathione (GSH) mediates the transfer of zinc to MT, while conversely oxidized glutathione oxidizes the sulfhydryl groups of MT and releases zinc which is then transferred to enzymes. The concentration of zinc released during transmission of brain impulses has been toxic to brain cells in cultures, indicating that MT and other regulatory proteins, such as glutathione are important in regulating zinc to less than toxic levels in the brain.
Ceruloplasmin
Ceruloplasmin is a large protein with a molecular weight of 132,000 daltons and the main copper-binding protein in serum. Each molecule will bind six atoms of copper. Low values of ceruloplasmin are found in Wilson's disease, malnutrition and Menke's kinky hair syndrome. Elevated levels are found during pregnancy, estrogen or anti-seizure drug use, infections, tissue necrosis and trauma.
Copper
Copper values are low in cases of Wilson's disease, Menke's kinky hair syndrome, malabsorption, cystic fibrosis and malnutrition. Elevated values are associated with infections, pregnancy, estrogen or anti-seizure drug use, inflammation, tissue necrosis, trauma, cancer, anemias, excessive dietary intake, and with systemic lupus erythematosus. The majority of serum copper is bound to ceruloplamsin and the remaining copper is bound to albumin, metallothionein or other proteins.
Zinc
Levels of zinc below normal are associated with growth retardation, impaired development of bone and cartilage, poor wound healing, hair loss, night blindness, impaired immune function and delayed sexual maturation. Conditions in which zinc levels may be low include: infectious disease, cancers and absorption problems. Excessive zinc intake may cause copper deficiency and may occur in cases of heart disease, arteriosclerosis, certain cancers and anemias.
Glutathione, reduced
Low reduced glutathione may be due to deficiencies of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glutathione synthetase or gamma-glutamyl synthetase. Glutathione may also be low due to exposure to toxic halogenated hydrocarbons such as DDT, PCB's, or chloroform, because it combines with these toxins and is eliminated with them. All life began from bacterias of one type or another until we became a fully functioning human through many transformations. Bacterias are complete cells- viruses are not. Bacterias connect with each other. Viruses have to live off of other cells to live. Cytoplasms is far too complex for this article so will not mention their role. However one word about microorganisms is that it is probably one of the causes of major genetic malfunctions such as cancer and AIDS. Today we eat food with all types of bad guys put on them such as herbisides,pestisides,rodicides, over4000 different types of chemicals- all man-made to perserve the life span of that food and to look pretty for longer shelf life in a stores where you buy the food. All nutrients from food if it is not tampered with by genetical engineering or pesticides and the like are nature made molecules that the body blue-print can read and use. Body Bueprint: Genetically each of our bodies are engineered to recognize good and bad guys in our bodies. If the body cannot recognize them as good guys it tries to expell them either by urine,excrement,sweat,ear wax,mucus or oxidation. But you might ask why are people trying to hurt me with their foods. As I said- Money,power,greed- disguised in many ways. Ignorance of any kind- mental,physical,spiritual are the downfall of any human and always have been. So back to the body blue-print. Every thought and deed are destined by our body blue-print then we must do everything we can to protect and nuture it by thought,action and deed. . The reason our body blueprint takes care of as many as it can so that the species can live and continue. Otherwise we would have died off as a species eons ago. Every thought you have is governed by the biochemical status you have at this nano-second. Good or bad thought- it does matter. . We have billions of thoughts per day and all come from these biochemicals. A person can have a dip of 2% in their serotonin if they are extremely low and go kill themselves or a person can throw up when a single toxin gets in the body because the biochemicals are put under such stress. So you thought you had a great deal of choices- you do not, but you do have some and it is that few that some say are God given or Higher Being given but many are only governed by the body blue-print in the species. . So now we are up to when to eat. In evolutionary terms we ate when we had the food available. The species has evolved now to a definite circardian rhythm which has different portions of the organism doing different things are different times- the liver detoxifies between 10-2am each night,melatonic (our sleep regenerating hormone is produced only in total darkness by the pineal gland and serotonin working properly at a different time. So if you screw around with circadian rhythms then you are making decisions that go against the body blue-print and will have problems-diseases. . If many people were really religious or spiritual they should be in total awe and wonderment at how great their God has created them in His (or Her) image. By learning your own magnificence you might learn about God or a Higher Being. This is not a lecture of religious belief but all things are certainly connected. So if you eat at 9PM all that food you ate then will not be processed until a full 24 hours later with all its bacterias or bad bacterias lining your gut and you have toxins because you did not understand circadian rhythms- All the other food from that day did detoxify though,hopefully. The time of liver detoxification 10pm-2AM. This one little problem is gigantic. Ignorance versus knowlegde . Because I degress because my thoughts come very quickly I must answer a very important question about doctors and the medical profession in this regard. If you ask the question: Why didn’t my doctor tell me about this? Either they do not know because they only studied certain text books in medical school, didn’t really care about you because they have their own biochemical instabilty or chaos or they wanted to make money in the fasted way possible and you were a commodity such as a ear of corn to sell and make them money. If you only study a few books then you only have that knowledge period. Doctors seem to be cattle in a herd that follow what they are told and never question for themselves or others benefit what they might be missing for less pain and suffering in themelves and others. So you went to an ignorant doctor. But wait a minute- We are all responsible for our physical,mental and spritual well being period. Why would anyone want to go backwards in their awareness. If you have knowledge that a four year old child is about to be hit by a truck by stepping into the street you would say so. Then use this same logic on yourself. . I previously mentioned passion. You must have care and passion for yourself- it is your responsibilty not giving over to a third party to solve what are your problems. You would not want you daughter to go out on her first date with a drug addic because you have more positive things about showing her a different direction and want in some way to protect her through your knowledge. You can not take the so-called easy way out and say your are responsible as a person. That is total non-sense. You can not have it both ways. You should think of doctors who have more knowledge if they do (you will not know until you go –if you go). But if they do not have knowledge you particularly need then walk out- but remember they will still bill you because you bit into their image. Image over substance. . So now we are past a little history and we get down to hopefully pure,freshly picked food in our mouths in a quite peaceful environment. The first thing is that all things from the foods we call nutrients have different parts of the body where each is processed and different parts of the body where it is disseminated. For example if the food contains a high amount of Vitamin B12 it starts work immediately in the mouth but if it also have Vitamin B6 as well it has to go all the way through the digestive tract in the stomach and get to the lower intestine before it is utilized. How does the body know which is which- the body-blueprint. The tiny little hair like folicules on the inside walls of this long tube we call intestines are called villi. I will get to that later but that is a major governing action of the entire organism, Yes tiny little hairs that are genetically programmed to know the differences in a particular molecule and where it should go in the body and when and how it should get there. This villi is the basis of all major health or illnesses in the human. It is not the only one but a big one. If you eat the best foods in the world with all the nutrients in them but have no way to utilize them then you still have diseases period. So do not be fooled about what something looks like. . A jelly fish looks like a bunch of mucus mass that is almost disgusting to look at but it is a fully functioning organsim and we learn to see its beauty. So Tiny little hairs are extremely important. Will get back to them later. Digestion is the process of breaking down large molecules into smaller molecules so that they can be made into amino acids which the cells can recognize and use. If you eat and are stressed about something either specific or subliminally you body will digest large molecules but fail to break them down enough into small molecules and thus the large non-used molecules that could not be used stay in the intestines and cause bacterial infections or go to other parts of the body by the blood stream and cause problems. Wow so you are 52 years old and you did not know how to eat. You may know how to but did not know what you think you know. So in various cultures for whatever reasons people calmed themselves down before they ate. . Knowledge and life are all around us but we fail to see it. Such is our ignorance. So size of molecule and where it is initiated and where it is processed are very important. Then we come to another almost prehistoric event in the organism. When we originated as a humans from all the various bacterias and the like we had oxygen as our then new ingredient- all past bacterias did not use oxygen and in fact it killed them. These so called anaroebic bacterias still exist in our bodies and even cancer cells are a form of them. Every cell in the human needs oxygen to grow and function. So if we have deceased oxygen to those cells we have diminished function. Major problem. Will get to later. . What Happens When We Change States of Energy When We Prepare Food To Eat. When we prepare food to eat we may use raw, boiling,baking,frying. Each of the ways changes the molecular structure of the original food. Water left to stand for a hour in a glass is different from when it was first poured because it has changed its molecular structure. So the major concept to remember that all things have energy and all energy is constanting changing and as a result constanting changing molecular structures. . Ovum and sperm are two different forms of energy molecular structures- not just molecules or a single molecule but many molecules together equal a molecular structure. When we have ovum and sperm together we have a start of new molecular energies not just one molecular structure as was sperm or ovum by themselves. I learned a long time ago that in order to fully communicate the person you are communicating with must understand your communication from concepts not just facts tossed out. Thus all the reasons for food preparations comes by way of concepts about energy. . If a mother has a misscarriage and aborted birth the energy may have been fine for awhile with the correct molecular structure and then something happened in the time-line of that molecular structure which caused death to that molecular structure. Yes in any species not just humans it is tragic or not understood by the mother of that offspring to be a change in energy from where it was suppose to go to a different direction with a different molecular structure. We are forever changing energy and forever changing molecular structures. We can never stop it even by death since that energy is simply regenerated even into bacterias and the like that also possess energy. Even if we cremate a body it goes into gasses which then connect to other things and energy goes on. Energy has undefined states forever. We think of life in terms of things such as foods,pleasures from emotions and the like but we would be better off to think of life as energy. Many cultures throughout history had thought that way sometimes only about specific aspects such as Chinese or Indian medicine but by thinking of energy and changing states of molecular structures we can gain more insight into our individual micro and macro worlds. The human body is both micro- meaning small or tiny and macro meaning large. But energy is both with constantly changing molecular structures and thus I define life as energy with forever changing molecular structures as a more complete explanation. So by the time you look at anything it has already changed its molecular structure that is if it is"growing". Energy and stress in the human are connected and yet not connected. Stress is the perceived amount of energy expended. Perceived is the keyword because we have two separate energy changing devises in the human- a conceptual recognition of energy expended and a non-conceptual or automatic energy devise. If you are in a car accident you will have both but even if you are sitting quietly under a tree in the park you will have energy expended and molecular changes as a result through the auto devise. If you want science then you can measure stresses with machinery to detect them but each individual organism interpets them differently in both the cognitive and auto devises. . Again if no science with machinery all we have to do is look at civilizations for thousands of years and we find many ways in almost every culture that they have at reducing stress or regrouping energy and those changing molecular structures. Sleep is perhaps the first species protection of energy conservation to reduce stress. All energy has an electronic component to it whether it is a single atom or huge molecular structure. Brain waves have been studied for years and before that peoples only needed to feel less energy expended to know they changed something that felt better. Now if you have stress and it perceived or auto devises you have changed molecular structures. Change enough of them in the wrong direction and you have death as we know it. . That is one of the reasons why many cultures throughout civilizations have taught to know life is first to know death as our teacher. In many ways it is faulty logic but many things to be gained from it. We are using cognitive or thought part of our brains to try to understand energy in a different state which does not exist in this state of existence. That may be the faulty logic part but by understanding a certain voidness,emptyness we learn to understand we only have so much energy and when it is gone we die. We have not found or may never find what keeps life going in terms of energy and then dies in any species. . It is far more than just simplistic answers- we destroyed our cells and the like. Yes it does but what about all the unexplainable things that happen to any species to continue its species. Bacterias migrated in to a different energy and then that energy became something else and so on. I once read in historical Vedas texts of some 5000 years ago about a phrase that our life energy will change and death will appear after 180 million breaths. I do not find this as fact but as the Vedas were teaching tools to understand energy so humankind would not only be in awe of their own humanness but of all living beings- human,animals or even plants. So if you are given only so much energy until you die what are you going to do with it is the lesson of studying death as a lesson for life. Some say praise God or Higher Being- some say pleasure life- some have views maybe I have not even known existed. But it does raise the paramount question of why do you want to be healthly. So you have less pain and suffering. I hope so but beyond that what? Purpose and intent to life is energy expended yes with what we would call stress perceivers. Purpose and intent are energies that all species have not just humans. Animals not only protect and feed their young but also have all kinds of so-called sixth senses of where that animal is even a great distances. A elephant may be on the other side of a mountain and communicate with his friend 5 miles away of the other side of the mountain. So all of this just for food preparations- yes because you have to understand how energy works first. . So you might be concerned with a bacterial urinary infection or cold virus but it has to do with energy and molecular changes first. Thus the so-called immune system a good guy and a bad guy. The immune system tells when we have a foreign body or foreign molecular structure the body blue-print can not read and does not know what to do with it. This is good but the problem many times comes from the overreactive response from the immune system. Sometimes it like a flea being killed by a canon. Histamines raise in the body to respond to the threat- this is called inflamation. So people attempt to get histamines down with antihistamine medications sold at the drug store. Here is the problem- it does lower histamines but does not really destroy them and that is a big difference. Your inflamation went down and you feel better but where did the histamines go? Throughout the body and brain. But they also sometimes take over neurotransmitters that we need to function -so-called mentally. But if you use body blue-print nutrients that the body knows the molecular structure of then you not only get lower histamines and feel better but you have not damaged other parts of the cells you need later in life- a few weeks or years later. I will not get into white cells,T cells and the like of the immune system now but the above explanation is a start in a simplistic way to understand the immune system. I have included all allergies- (including food allergies which many times are more dangerous to the organism than gasoline fumes,pesticides and the like) as foreign molecular structures. A quick little test to determine if you have high histamines of an infection you did not even know you had simply buy 50mg capsules of straight flush niacin- Vitamin B3. If you have high histamines which is the immune system indicator of inflammation then you will have a flushed –red –slightly burning feeling throughout your body.This indicates rather severe infection. If you do not have flush then you do not have an infection. The reason for the small amount is that you already have a build-up of histamines in your body before taking the capsule as if the glass were almost full and the capsule made it overflow. Wait about 7 hours and do the same proceedure with 100mg to see if you have a flush or not. If you did at 50mg you will at 100mg but if none –fine --but wait until the next day and use 150 mg and if you have a flush this indicates that in fact you still have an infection or inflamation. The not so mysterious part is the evolution of omega 3 in brain development. Where the first amount of omega 3 came from is anyone’s guess but at some point in our evolution we started to acquire more omega 3 from different foods especially lake and ocean fish. Also even if they are not classified as probiotics you should also take all pancreatic enzymes (proteolytic enzymes-sometimes called digestive enzymes).Some work for fatty foods,others have various jobs. So if you do not produce enough of these plus have good gut bacterias you can eat the best nutritional foods and they are not processed or utilized to their maximum good and in a way you would almost be better off not to eat because of all the toxins produced by bad actions of no functions of the gut and pancreas. In fact a patient in the hospital with severe pancreatitis is not feed anything for two or three days hopeing the pancreas will repair itself some. So raw food,bolied food,fried food,baked foods are four different states of energy- molecular changes the body must deal with. Plus the energy is constantly changing during the length of time you are frying,baking or whatever you use so you have a different set of molecular structures for you body. At first choice one would say eat raw- sometimes correct- sometimes deadly. For example a green bean cooked in water is fine but to eat a raw green bean will either make you very sick or even death. . You may have already gotten a little fear going as to the fact that you will never figure this thing out about what to do and what not to and it takes so much energy- time and hardship and who in hell cares anyway. The human condition yes has all that too but how did you even live this long- Somethings you did right and some wrong but you are still here. Do not deny you fears of life and do not dwell on them either- simply realize they are part of who you are and they can teach you unbelievable concepts of being human from the most tragic cases of your pain and suffering. . I once heard a rather doctrinare person say that we as humans caused pain and suffering by our own ignorance and that God did not have a thing to do with it. My belief is a loving God or Higher Being and He or She put this here as a special gift to teach us how to be more human- not less. Yes it is difficult. Yes it is demanding and yes it is very rewarding to know you come to another level of humaness too. Life is not a train station we are at but one we are going towards. We never arrive but look at the awe of life as we go. Life is process- process of pain and suffering,ignorance and knowledge. Do we ever arrive? I hope not -the journey is far too beautiful to stop now. It may seem I am giving you morality lessons instead of what you can do to be responsible for your own health and well being. Yes and no. Why would you deny energy one time and say it valid the next. . So cook your food as many Chinese cultures do- simply wash it carefully, then cook only long enough to kill access bacterias. Stir fried with good olive oil. You may not know that some 2550 years ago Lord Buddha as he was called was asked what is the first medicine. His answer boiled water. It does stimulate and get ready the entire digestive system to prepare for the intake of food. Do not fry food period if you can help it. It is no surprize when I see people very overweight and they weight 270-400 lbs. and know that they are in fact straving- but they are. The human organism has all kinds of what are called redundant mechinisms to always readjust the body. If you have a stroke on one side of the brain portions of the other side take over the damaged cells for function. So when these redundants get over-loaded then we have great problems. Overweight is in no way a moral issue and should never be but a biochemical issue of major importance. Glycation is a term for glucose sugar in what we eat binds to some of the DNA,proteins and lipids (a form of cholesterol) leaving them unable to do their job. Restricting calories intake extends life period. The first thing a medical student should study in detail in med-school should be nutrition. When I did a survey of all the medical schools in North America back in 1999 only three required nutrition and 6 offered it as an elective that the students did not have to take if they so desired. This is totally crazy. There are 126 medical schools in North America. If you asked a doctor what the PH level of green beans is- what are the nutrients within that green bean- when you should eat it and when not to eat it- what is the natural histamine level-what blood type should eat it and which should not or if you have an anitgen-allergic reaction what you should do and all the more questions those doctors will say see a nutritionalist or give you some ego manifested mumbo-jumbo. Even a fetus inside a womb knows what it wants and need many times. The mother will crave a certain food and may never in her life really liked that food- it is for the fetus and sometimes even the mother becomes slightly ill by providing the fetus with what it wants. I joke with my wife Susan that she ate three watermelons in one day- she said only two. So now we get into social-cultural and other aspects of eating that many times are as far away for biochemical health as they can be. The exact opposite of the person needing water or the fetus desiring certain nutrients. Since cultural evolution is perhaps the greatest teaching tool then we must look at ways it explains foods that our bodies need to thrive. For over at least 15000 years we have been harvesters- farms or wildcrafting harvest from wild plants for our food. Because many of those living then could not adjust genetically -they died off and we were left with people who did not have antigen reactions and remained and it is from many of those that we got our genes (those with again many antigen-mutations). Wheat was one of these crops cultivated in Iraq,Iran,Egypt,Turkey etc. Those that had major antigen reactions of wheat for example in Ireland only 3000 years ago- a newcomer to wheat cultivation have the highest rate of schizophrenia and celiac disease(wheat senitivity causing schizophrenic types of behaviors) in the world because they have a reaction genetically to wheat among other cultivated crops. Also a phenomenon is that genetically the number of cell divisions(called telomere) of an individual cell increased the number of times it can divide to make a new cell. Some scientists now estimate we are up to 45-55 cell divisions now and thus we live longer. In each cell division we stand the chance of damage to the DNA- (our mapping code for cellular health) and this may cause otherwise normal cells to be unusual cells we call cancer cells or dysfunctional cells. Free radicals which I will talk about later are directly related to DNA damage and cells dividing and possible cancerous type cells. In stead of the cells dieing off and being replaced by new cells with all the good DNA parts we have two different types of cells- one good and one cancerous and because the cancerous cell does not have all the correct DNA to kill itself we have duplication of that cancerous cell into other cancerous cells as if it was an original "mother cell" giving cell duplication and cell replacement -all with the damaged DNA which then because of their damaged DNA move to any part of the body which we call metastices. All this from one damaged DNA cell. The simply way to see telomeres (what cell dividing is called) is in the action of sperm and egg joined together. An enzyme now called telomerase is a catalytic protein that causes the first cell divisions. These are what we call stem cells or the "mother cells"-giving the "original" cell it birth from which all other will follow. There is a difference between the original "mother cell" and "differienated mothercells" but I will not get into that here. When we find a way to have continuos cell dividing without damage to the DNA when the cell is dividing and what to do with free radicals that damage DNA we will indeed extent life spans. Later in this article I tell you of Yeshi Dhoden and a woman who lived to be 180 years of age. She probably in fact had very little DNA damage over her long lifetime and thus she lived to be 180. What is the mechanism in the human that some very few seem to have- all the good guys of no cell division DNA damage and very little impact from free radicals to live longer. My own belief system tells me it is not a mechanism in terms of scientific analysis but has none of the attributes of our ability to see it or measure it but comes from thought even though we say thoughts come from our biochemicals. Here is were the dilema is. We did not know about neurotransmitters 100 years ago so science moved until we did understand some of them but I believe that a form of meditative state where we are not even on this plane of existence allows non-explainable things to happen that cause a different non-measurable biochemical status that offers freedom from DNA damage and free radicals. Some call it the central nervous system but if it is then it is something deep in the CNS that allows this to happen. I once remember talking to a local dentist about high forms of meditations of Janist monks in India who for as many as 25 years hold one arm up toward the sky and have meditated for 25 years continuously. I can’t even hold my arm toward the air for 15 minutes so what is going on here. Village people clean up the urine and excrement and feed the monk very small parcels of food and drink even though the monk is still meditating. The dentist said to me " what a waste of life". The dentist said he could never do that. No he probably could not . The monk had transcended all harm of free radicals,bacterias,fungi,,microorganisms and the like. How is this possible for this to happen just by thought or lack of thought as is the case of meditation- the search for voidness. The cultural thing that is amazing is the respect from the villagers to know they are witnessing something special instead of tossing off the monk as some sort of crazy person. So it is from something that for more than 5000 years is again given to us and we refuse to say it exist in some form for us as well and instead we ridicule. In the USA in 1900 the longest avearge person’s life was 50 not 76-80 now. Something is going in the right direction and something is not. If you slow down when the time of the division of cells occurs you would live longer and hopefully be in good health is the theory. So again death is our teacher for life. When we die our cells have done all their divisons but not at the same time and near the end of death we have what I call cascading cell death. One cell death starts a whole group of cells that really were not done with cell divisions and had more to go - they die too- prematuely. That is why people may not have had heart disease of any kind finally end up at death with a massive heart attack from the kidneys or lungs not having enough function and caused by a cascade of premature cell deaths and then ultimate death. Altzheimer"s people have neuron death but many divisions left in other areas. I had a grandmother and a great aunt who lived 8 and 9 years respectively. Their ages were 91 and 102 with their bodies in this existence and with their minds off in some other place. Susan is my wife. Recently her father two months from the age of 96 died. He had a very wonderful life and no diseases except an occasional cold,no surgeries and the like, no dementia, Parkinsons, Huntingtons or the like. He in fact had a cascade of telomere destruction near the end of his life. He died at home. His son moved him downstairs to the main floor because of some steep steps. He did not have any massive telomere destruction until one week before his death. Diapers were put on him the last four days because he did not have enough energy to get up and go the bathroom. Still no drugs for pain until the last three days of his life. Two days before he died his lungs started to fill with fluids.A few drugs were given for discomfort. He no longer talked but was very cognitive and his brain function was still in tact. The next morning he died. He always wanted to go in his sleep but awoke for a few seconds,a tear ran down his cheek, closed his eyes and he was dead. All telomeres ceased. They worked until basically the last week of his life. Cognitive to the very end as the tear indicated his emotions. Really quite amazing. IR TELEOMERES AND LONG CELL LIFE Free radicals incease telomeres ( cell dividing) useage. The more free radicals= the more damage to the DNA and less life of the cells. Free radicals are bad guys that do all kinds of damage to cell divisions. A free radical is a molecule which has two electrons of oxygen which makes it a very unstable molecule instead of 4 electrons of oxygen which makes it stable and desireable for health in the human. Two little electrons can and many times does kill us literally. This is called oxidation or oxidative- a bad guy not a good guy. They come from the air we breathe,inflamation,infection, alcohol and cigarettes. These can come from bacterias,viruses and cytoplasms (in between bacteria and viruses) or microorganims Some scientists are already saying that if we can control free radicals, repair cell divisions time lines we could live to be 1000 years old and then die by murder, accidents or some unknown bacterial infection. So now ask me why a med-student does not study and I will tell you why. Because they are as I said in my previous article: medical students are like cattle and only follow what they are told- no vision or insight into anything else. How do you get free radicals: from oxidation of anything. That is why we use the word antioxidant in referring to a nutrient to get rid of free radicals. Free radicals from solids: any burnt fried food- the more brunt the more free radicals, high protein foods once in the body and bacteria in the gut even good guys turn it into histamines- so any meat fits into that category but beef is worse than chicken or turkey—so eat more fruits and vegetables but remember than even they have a vary amount of preformed histamins and when in the gut turn into histamines.—from gasses: any petrocarbon-gas flume diesel,kerosene,any heated oil beyond its boiling point especially---Two things I have always wondered about- why would digging something up from the earth 5000 feet or so be so important- it is down 5000 feet for a reason - what if Henry Ford or others had used a different sort of energy to power their autos. Perhaps we would already live to be 130 years old now for an average life- this one concept of energy source would have changed the world and its people- (perhaps out of brilliance come ignorance)- free radicals from petrochemicals is the single most damaging element in the world ,its people and the planet itself. It is the largest single most damaging element in the history of mankind. liquids:from alcohol of any kind- white or brown sugar drinks of any kind-xylitol a sugar made from the bark of the birch tree is a wonderful substitute for white or brown sugar and does not have any insulin producing activity in the pancreas-liver-- the Norwegians did not have sugar in World War II so they discovered birch bark-- Major antioxidants to take now everyday forever- Vitamin C 3000 mg,Lipoic acid, Quercetin, Co enzyme 10,Vitamin A ,E,selenium,zinc,bioflavonoids,carotenoids and others daily. Antioxidant foods from highest to lowest of twenty foods: small red beans,wild blueberries,red kidney beans,pinto beans,cultivated blueberries,cranberries,blackberries, prunes,raspberries, strawberries,red delicous or granny smith apples, pecans,sweet cherries,black plums,russett potatoes, black beans, plums, gaga apples,and walnuts. Do not forget histamine or PH levels. Look carefully at the list and you will find many bean species. If you add a grain to a legune or bean you have a complete complex protein which you need.A bowl of beans and cornbread (a grain) equals the same protein as an 8 ounce steak of beef and much better for you. Bean plus any grain equals a complex protein. Thus rice and beans etc.There are entire cultures that have lived for thousands of years on beans plus a grain- Mexico,Spain,China,Tibet, India,Native American Indians, and in fact it generally is the rule except in cultures who do not have a long enough growing season to cultivate grains such as the Inuit and a few others. Then notice the berries species. Even apples and nuts are very good for you if they are the correct species. There is no animal product anywhere that has antioxidant properties and in fact they make them. Add these foods to your diet and reap the benefits of their antioxidant content.
Vegetables
Carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, squash, tomatoes, collard greens, spinach, Brussels sprouts and kale. These bright colorful vegetables are rich in vitamin A and carotenoids and lycopene which are powerful antioxidants.
Fruits
Cantaloupes, apricots, water melon, pink grapefruits, strawberries, cranberries, papaya and concord grapes are the fruits we need to add to our diets from which we will get more vitamins A, C, and lycopene. Nuts and Seeds Nuts and seeds are great sources of vitamin E which is an effective antioxidant that studies have documented to be effective in preventing heart diseases and strokes.
Adding peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazels nuts and sunflower seeds will provide prevention against the hazards of free radicals. Caution should be taken when adding any nut to your diet since nuts can cause an allergic reaction. Peanuts are known to cause allergic reaction in some people. This we would call the cave-man diet, the original type of diet before cavemen had the ability to kill animals. The major problem is that you have to consume so much of any of these to get a potent amount. Yes they help but getting concentrated form of nutrients also helps a great deal. Nutrient manufacturers rarely go to original sources of plant life for their nutrients. If they do it is better for you. I remember figuring out that you would have to eat 620 leafs of spinach to get 220 mcg of folic acid- your gut and other parts could not stand that much ruffage. They usually use an exact molecular structure of that nutrient and thus it is man-made. I guess they learned it from phramacuetical companies. The body blue-print does read it as a vitamin it can recognize. Herbs are for some reason just easier and cheaper to buy in raw form so they generally do not do a molecular duplicate proceedure with herbs. If you already have a overload of free radicals as does most of the western world then you should in addition to the foods take concentrated forms of antioxidants daily.
IR ANTIOXIDANTS AND FREE RADICALS As I have done before I only communicate from concepts. You now have a few basic concepts of cell divisions and free radicals which can help you determine what food you eat. Your body is genetically engineered to be slightly thin in appearance so any body fat is an indicator of malnutrition or misdirected nutrients or function. Even if your are 6foot 4 inches you should not weigh more than 185 –200lbs . Cells have to have room to move where they are suppose to be with the correct nutrients in them plus the myriad of problems for all the organ systems- hollow or solid organs. The first thing to go in bad health is usually the gut -a hollow organ. It may appear in another hollow organ the skin. Balance your neurotransmitters in your brain and you will get to the correct weight period. Neurotransmitters control far more than just thoughts and behavior. Now down to another major fact- just as 2 electrons in free radicals cause major unstable molecules the PH level ( potential hydrogen) which is acid-base governs all correct cellular function. Acidity levels are 0 to 7 and 7.1 to 14 are base or good guys. There is no and I say no diseases period when the the PH level stays at 7.4. The blood stays at a constant 7.35 level and if you vary to 7.55 or 7.25 you are dead because the blood can not vary that much even to what would seem would be alright to go to 7.55. The blood must stay constant. The cells –not blood cells have the variations . If we are at 5.5 we are acidic or 4.0 very acidic for the cells and only a very little portion of what we eat is usaeable. Buy what is called nitrozene paper or PH paper for human body fluids from your local health food store and test your urine and saliva and you will for certain be acidic especially if you have been eating so-called western diets. Test yourself several time a day. Try to figure what foods can raise towards base PH levels. There is a built in devise in the liver and spleen that will not allow you to go too much beyond 7.0. If you happen to be 3.4 to 5.0 acidity is killing your cells period and great difficulty with cell divisions.. Take 1/8 teaspoon of sodium-bicarbonate four times a day with half glass of water . You have a bicarbonate pump (and in fact is called that) in your body(which is to regulate the base levels of PH thus no diesase) but it needs help with the high acidity reading. Acid / Alkaline Food Chart
Balanced body chemistry is of utmost importance for the maintenance of health and correction of disease. Acidosis, or over-acidity in the body tissues, is one of the basic causes of many diseases, especially the arthritic and rheumatic diseases.
All foods are "burned" in the body--more commonly called "digested"-- leaving an ash as the result of the "burning", or the digestion. This food ash can be neutral, acid or alkaline, depending largely on the mineral composition of the foods. Some foods leave an acid residue or ash, some alkaline. The acid ash (acidosis) results when there is a depletion of the alkali reserve or the diminution in the reserve supply of fixed bases in the blood and the tissues of the body.
It is, therefore, vitally important that there is a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in the diet. The natural ratio in a normal healthy body is approximately 4.5 to .50 – 4.5 parts alkaline to one par.50acid, or 90% to 10%. When such an ideal ratio is maintained, the body has a strong resistance against disease. In the healing of disease, when the patient usually has acidosis, the higher the ratio of alkaline elements in the diet, the faster will be the recovery. Alkalis neutralize the acids. Therefore in the treatment of most diseases it is important that the patient's diet includes plenty of alkaline-ash foods to offset the effects of acid-forming foods and leave a safe margin of alkalinity.
A healthy body usually keeps large alkaline reserves which are used to meet the emergency demands if too many acid-producing foods are consumed. But these normal reserves can be depleted. When the alkaline-acid ratio drops to 3 to 1, health can be seriously menaced. Your body can function normally and sustain health only in the presence of adequate alkaline reserves and the proper acid-alkaline ratio in all the body tissues and the blood.
For optimum health and maximum resistance to disease, it is imperative that your diet is over-alkaline. The ideal ratio, according to the world's foremost authority on the relationship between the acid-alkaline ratio in the diet in health and disease, your diet should about 90% alkali-producing foods and 10% acid-producing foods. Most grains are acid-forming, except millet and buckwheat, which are considered to be alkaline. Sprouted seeds and grains become more alkaline in the process of sprouting.
All vegetable and fruit juices are highly alkaline. The most alkali-forming juices are: fig juice, green juices of all green vegetables and tops, carrots, beet, celery, pineapple and citrus juices.
There is sometimes a problems of kidney stoneformation by too long and too much on high alkaline foods. The bad guy that causes the stones is oxalate and some of the highest alkalizing foods are:
-1. Spinach, rhubarb, beets (both the root and the greens), nuts and nut butters, chocolate and cocoa, green and black tea, wheat bran (in high amounts), soybeans and foods made from soy, and strawberries.
-1. Other foods commonly held to contain high oxalate, such as cola beverages and coffee, do not actually contain much oxalate. But stone formers should not consume these beverages as part of an overall healthy diet.
If you absorb too much oxalate from the foods in your diet, your risk for calcium oxalate stones increases dramatically. How does oxalate absorption get too high?
-1. Some individuals lack the enzyme necessary to break down oxalate in the gastrointestinal tract. These individuals have primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (more severe) or 2 (less severe). Even a severe oxalate restriction will not cure these individuals from their disease, but it may reduce their risk for stones.
-1. Some individuals have enteric hyperoxalauria, meaning that their intake of the plant foods that are rich in oxalate is too high for their GI tract to handle. Take your probiotics.These individuals benefit from a restriction of high-oxalate foods. (Interestingly, though, studies show that vegetarians, whose oxalate intake is typically two to three times that of non-vegetarians, actually have a lower risk for calcium oxalate kidney stones.)
Other individuals absorb too much oxalate because: (a) their dietary fat intake is too high; (b) their calcium intake is too low; or (c) their calcium intake is adequate but not timed with meals. Oxalate is fat-soluble, so reducing the fat you eat, especially saturated fat, may reduce the amount of oxalate you absorb. What about the calcium-oxalate connection? Oxalate absorption is dramatically decreased with an appropriate amount of calcium (approximately 1000 mg/day for most individuals), consumed in divided doses at meal times, when you are most likely to consume plant foods that contain oxalate. Thus, individuals who don't require a severe oxalate restriction can still eat those healthy foods if they take care to have a small glass of milk or other calcium-rich food at every meal. When the oxalate and the calcium are present in the GI tract at the same time, they bind together and neither is absorbed.
Various cultures,especially the countries of India,China and Tibet have over some 6000 years devised a system of designating all foods as to what the PH level is and who can have it and who should not have it for food. It is complex and simple. If you eat a food that is very acidic say 5.4 then you have to balance it with some food that has a PH level in the base range say 7.8. This has been proven even scientifically to be very accurate even though there were no scientific analysis 6000 years ago. They did it by many eons of experimenting. Do not use your own judgement as to why and how a food is determined as such and such. You will not understand how a cucumber can have such a high PH rating and another seemingly calm food can be so acidic to the body. We think and call many spices such as pepper,salt,sage,cardamon, etc as culinary spices. They may be called that but they are the balancing spices for the 6 different tastes in ayurvedic medicine. Because the body functions with basically three humours or cellular attributes (called in Tibetan medicine wind,digestive bile and phlegm and in Indian ayurvedic medicine vata,dosha and pitta- the Chinese medicine model is basically 2 divisions of hot and cold) we have three types of people and then that three types have subgroups to the main three. Each type has specific characteristics that fit the physical, mental and even spiritual part that is dominant in a particular individual- you may be pitta or phlegm and I might be wind or vata. But these vary from time to time or from illness too and so we have a dominant humour or attribute and a process as well. All things are remember energy and all growing energy is in constant change forever thus even if you have dominant attribute you still have molecular changes or process too. So a food good for a pitta or phlegm person may not be good at all for a wind or vata person etc. In Tibetan medicine by feeling 6 different pulse for some 30 minutes with three fingers they can tell what is going on inside your body in terms of organ systems- hollow or solid. They can also tell what type of body humor is dominant and where you are with any destructive variations such as an illness. Do not be fooled into thinking that all you have to do is eat the food for your dominant humour and you will be well forever but it does help not to go too far away from it. Remember we are talking about balance of all three humours not a single humour. All three must be in balance not just one. How on God’s green earth did they figure this out- very complicated and books have been written on just how they found out- far too complicated for even a simplistic answer. Because Indians ,Chinese and Tibetans had very little funds to spend for doctors even thousands of years ago they devised this medicine so the individual could be responsible too on their own when they could. IR BALANCING THE THREE HUMORS(HUMOURS) This too just like cell divisions is genetic -in the DNA on each of the 46 chromosones of every cell in the body. Thus if you eat from foods of one humour and you are another humour then you have a conflict. So are you totally hacked off that you have to do all this crap just to eat. Don’t be angry with me but your culture and all the power-money people that get in the way of your health. If you grew up and your mother said eat your vegtables but certain ones only you would now eat them and think nothing of it. I even know a child who really does not like white sugar- a rare thing in this culture and good for him. If you eat the correct food for you PH level and blood type and balance the three humours you will in fact delay the cell division time and live longer period. Yeshi Dhoden was for 18 years the Dalai Lama’s doctor. Dhoden(now 82) met a woman nun then 102 years old when he was mere child. She died when she was 180 years old. The age is not the unusual thing. The unusual thing is that she only took herbs and herbal tea from the age of 92 on and meditaed which relaxed her central nervous system. Because the Tibetan culture is so homogenous- meaning they know who di d what when for over 1200 years they knew when this person was born and when she died. She was in great health until the last month of her life. Obviously she had delayed her cell divisions and she had a long healthy life. These are the key words- long and healthy not just a long life. Also one has to wonder at a Tibetan who only eats brown barley, a piece of bread and water or tea for breakfast,works all day then has leek soup,bread and tea at night and lives to be 90 or so. Why? Because their central nervous system is working properly in a relaxed state. Yet we think we have to eat four or five times a day and stuff all types of crap into bodies and we die at 70 with massive problems in between. Additionally there is the histamine factor which I stated in artice #1 which I repeat here some of it but refer to article #1 for nutrients to take to get high histamines down. Thus the so-called immune system a good guy and a bad guy. The immune system tells when we have a foreign body or foreign molecular structure the body blue-print can not read and does not know what to do with it. This is good but the problem many times comes from the overreactive response from the immune system. Sometimes it like a flea being killed by a canon. Histamines raise in the body to respond to the threat- this is called inflamation. So people attempt to get histamines down with antihistamine medications sold at the drug store. Here is the problem- it does lower histamines but does not really destroy them and that is a big difference. Your inflamation went done and you feel better but where did the histamines go? Throughout the body and brain. But they also sometimes take over neurotransmitters that we need to function -so-called mentally. But if you use body blue-print nutrients that the body knows the molecular structure of then you not only get lower histamines and feel better but you have not damaged other parts of the cells you need later in life- a few weeks or years later. High histamine foods: any shellfish,some fish especially warm water-egg,nuts,chocolate-some berries-tomatoes-cheese- the more aged the worst- milk , wheat,pineaplle,any alcohol and especially any fermented foods such as pickles,ketchup,sauerkraut because they are farther down the histamine processing chain- any foods with any artifical colors or dyes BHT perservative-- so when you eat a pizza you get a huge burst of high histamines- cheese ,tomatoes,wheat plus pepperoni. Foods allowed: plain milk pasturized- ricotta cheese, no yeast breads- rice,spelt,millets,barley,some wheat, Vegetables you can have: any fresh or frozen with the exception of no eggplant,pumpkin,sauerkraut,spinach,tomatoes and all tomatoe products- all beans except soy beans or red beans Oils: olive,butter not margerine- xylitol,honey,maple syrup,Meats: turkey,chicken,beef, cold water North Atlantic fishes- cod,mackeral,herring, Fruits you can have:apple-banana,canteloupe-figs-grafefruit-grapes-honeydew-kiwi-lemon-lime-mango- pear-watermelon So now you have histamines,the PH level, the three humours, blood type and free radicals and you have not touched one ounce of food yet. Many so -called cooking speice which are actually balancing foods for ayurvedic medicine are also tatsy and helpful to reduce high histamines—clove-cinnamon-cardomon=tumeric-pepper-clove- Another way to aid in the PH is to think of potassium versus sodium ratio of 5 parts potassium foods to one part sodium foods. Thus basically means five fruits to one food that is more acidic. Some foods are by nature sodium based such as celery so be careful somewhat since there are not that many. IR 2 SEARCHES -SODIUM FOODS- POTASSIUM FOODS The evolution of the human brain is not really mysterious in some ways and very mysterious in so many ways that we will undoubtedly never figure it out ever. The not so mysterious part is the evolution of omega 3 in brain development. Where the first amount of omega 3 came from is anyone’s guess but at some point in our evolution we started to acquire more omega 3 from different foods especially lake and ocean fish. Even by that time the size of the bones of the skull and shape of the skull got larger to compensate for more omega 3. The brain is made as some estimate of 40%+ of omega 3 and omega 3 controls so many actions native to the human functions. Without it we would be merely animals. In fact even animals must have known something special about omega 3 in the brain of other animals because they would only eat the brains of animals and leave the remainder for other animals. Recently even though we feed our cats well one of our cats has always had a very large animal instinct for anything outside of our house that is eatable and one day my wife and I were talking outside and Susan said look, Bramha, our cat, has just killed another rabbit and only the head was missing- the remainder of the rabbit was in tack. Much research for some 50 years has been done on omega 3 and you can readilty find a great deal. Here comes the bad news- almost all native or existing omega 3 in our brains is diminshed by eating omega 6 and omega 9 foods. In western foods basically have about 80-90% or more omega 6 and 9 and we do not need them but we do need omega 3. Do not be fooled because your head is on your shoulders and your heart or liver is inside you chest- they are all controlled by neurotransmitters in your brain- pure and simple. So work backwards and you will find why you have heart problems. Fisrt you have no omega 3 to speak of and transmitters cannot function to control all the things the so-called doctors say cause us to have heart problems such as cholesterol,high blood pressure and obseity,sugar metabolism problems or diabetes, kidney problems and the like. So no omega 3 enough – no neurotransmitter balances and guess who has heart disease. It really is not complicated. But you are eating omega 6 and omega 9 foods and will never get any better but have more problems until your mind even starts to play tricks on you too. I remember a doctor once that stated that omega 3 is only from fish- yes and no. Yes fish especially and only coldwater Northern Atlantic fish have enough omega 3 but there are some plants that do have some omega 3 as well- few but some. Also do not go out and buy a bunch of fish at the store and think you will get your omega 3 up unless you get North Atlantic cold water fishes- cod,haddock,mackeral ,herring and a few others. Don’t even think of frying- see article #- bake it- not grilled or fried. IR 3 SEARCHES OMEGA 3 FOODS- LACK OF OMEGA 3- BALANCING OMEGA 3 IN YOUR DIET If you had always eaten correctly this way it really would not be a problem. I remember my first trip to Europe back in 1970 and I flew a night flight on Icelandic Airlines- before we reached a stop-over in Iceland they served breakfast and I was one of those that put my nose in the air and would not eat it because it was herring with cream sauce and peas and a stable of the Icelandic people. But if I had grown up with it I would probably think it was great. Biochemically it was great- omega 3 + all the other nutrients. You will have to learn how to prepare good food with omega 3 that you and your family find appealing to the eye and tongue. So we need omega 3 every day of our lives in some amount- then our brains and systems throughout the body will work especially if we get histamines down,PH levels up, and the correct humoural balance. You can not fully get histamines under control or balance humours or the PH level to the proper place unless the neurotransmitters are working correctly and they come from omega 3. If there was ever a magic potion for life I would have to say it is omega 3. They are just starting to do exhaustive research on omega 3 and cell division time-lines. We are getting closer to finding something to relieve some pain and suffering. Here we go: COOKING WITH NUTRIENTS: Even though some nutrients loose some of their potency and effectivness as a nutrient when exposed to heat- this will help. Take and slide the capsules apart and pour contents into a small glass with a little water. When you are taking the capsules apart be certain to taste them and they should taste rather bland and non-descript. The only ones that do not that we have used are Vitamin B6 and Zinc- each requires you to add one teaspoon xylitol for each capsule. If you are not cooking with them you can simply put them in milk or any kind of natural juice and they loose even less their potency. Here is what I use use for brownies (even though it is chocolate) for one 8 inch pan= 600 mg 5htp tyrptophan fro griffonia bush, 1000 mg methionine,2000mg tyrosine,400 gaba phrama, 3000 inositol (Vitamin B8), 5000 Vitamin C,2000mg magnesium,2000mg calcium,100mg Vitamin b6 with one teaspoon xylitol 100mg zinc with one teaspoon xylitol. I have no way of figuring out exactly what each brownie yields in nutrients per brownie but it does make a huge difference for those that are starved for those nutrients. Obviously liquids would yield more. You can also cook with sauces with it as well. If you ever note a taste you do like and want it sweeter just add some xylitol or for more strong taste either lemon or especially lime or other spices such as pepper, sage etc. So you could have cod with a lemon-lime sauce with a little flour and liquid nutrients made into a slight weinerschitzel type crust. Quite good. There are obviously no recipes for these sorts of things but just use good cookbook recipes and add the nutrients as well. As an experiment do not tell anyone the first time you do this and be certain to taste before you put it in the oven and when it is done before serving and see if your family likes it. They may not ever need to be told. These nutrrients I have used here are basically for neurotransmitters and some are histamine reducing- some for free radicals- all are necessary for good health. Herbs seem to be very difficult to disquise. Vitamin B1/2 4/5 12 also. Trace minerals- never tried maganese which you should be very careful anyway- molybdenum never tried- chromium never tried-selenium never tried-potassium never tried-never any copper- if you live to be 500 because you have been eating omega 6 and 9 foods the chances of you depleting copper in your system is rather remote- it is necessary but I think you certinly have your share of copper. PMS and postpartum depression or even anger are the result of increased copper. In PMS the copper increase only last for a few days then hopefully returnsback to 90 dl normal forhumans. In postpartum it can last 6 or 7 months. Zinc is the counter active nutrient to reduce copper so take at least 150mg on the beginning day of PMS and always take at least 75 md daily otherwise. If you find that you have a pimple or zit on your face that is a strong givaway that your are low on zinc. By the way on the coastal regions near Nagasaki ,Japan the women have never had PMS problems because they eat the fish and vegetables grown with soil from the sea which gives them calcium,magnesium and zinc among other things. One additional side remark. All oral contraceptives increase copper. Another remark is that if you crave chocolate as many women do during PMS it is like a dope addic needing a fix. You brain tricked you to want a bad guy. Chocolate is very high in copper.You already have high copper and yet you want more. You feel great for an hour then lousy again. A VERY IMPORTANT THING ABOUT BOWEL MOVEMENTS AND YOU HEALTH : If you do not have at least two full bowel movements per day and hopefully three you are indeed in trouble from all kinds of areas and the lack of bowel movements is a major cause of many, many problems- bacterial,viral infections, slowness of neurotransmitter to function, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and the list can go on and on. In article #1 I spent a great of discussion about energy always changing states of molecular shapes and how energy works. Please do not think of excrement as waste. It is only one part of energy hopefully moving to another state. Yes it may look horrible and smell but again it is not what it looks like but an indication of energy. Maximum transient time from food in your mouth to bowel movement is 7-9 hours- not 18-24 which is totally crazy which some so-called doctors might tell you. One of the very first things that you are damaging is the cellular walls and even capilary walls- they are like concrete with no elastic principle that allows toxins out of the cell and nutrients in. Your magnesium level in way out of wack and calcium is too high. Calcium and magnesium are needed in balance to make the cell walls elastic. Get off calcium and take at least 2000mg daily of magnesium now. Absolutely no exlax or artifical relaxants or even ememas. By the second day if you have not gone 2 times then increase to 3000mg magnesium. You should always basically be between 1500 and 2000mg daily at anytime. You should have a bowel movement usually about a hour after you get up- one around 1pm and another at 5 or 6pm. Try to get 3 bowel movements per day. Some African tribal people have 5 bowel movements a day- they excrete as soon as they squat. Bowel movement should be formed and very moist, never dry or hard, in fully formed lenghts. Animals always go five times a day so if you have 5 cats and two new ones from our son looking for a new apartment, then someone is always cleaning sand boxes- almost always Susan who seems to always do it- No ,I am not a woman controller. If you screw around with bowel movements and are not as regular as clockwork then you have a major problem going on right now. MYTHS ABOUT ORGANIC FOODS Unfortunately the organic food only started about 8 years ago because sells of organic food prior to that time was about 5 billion dollars in the USA. Then it took off and last year it was around 28 billion $. During the interim big food industry saw it as way to make money. The same procedures for the so-called old food industry was translated to organic farming such as the picking of foods before they have all the nutrients they are suppose to have in them and shipping great distances of a thousand up to 4000 miles by ship,train,truck and the like. Yes you do not get the herbicides,pesticides, and 4000 chemicals from the other type of food but you thought you were getting high nutrient foods. In 1998 we bought a farm that only had cattle on it and very few at that from 1846 on. The last several years not even cattle. It had never been sprayed with any chemical whatsoever ever. So in the process of getting certified as an organic farm I decided because the soil test only cost 5$ from the state univeristy to analyze that I would do a soil test every 20 feet. I did 20 soil tests and the results were unbelievable. Zinc for example was .02 in one place and next to it 1.6 and the next .04 –same with calcium, magnesium etc- all the things you think you are getting when you buy organic food. The same thing that happened to us is the same with the organic industry. Yes the plants will grow and look wonderful but this is image over substance- they do not have the nutrients in them you need period. The next two years I spent doing research on how to get the soil to transfer the nutrients I felt were correct amounts into the plants. I do not particularly like raw spinach but I remember one day when I picked a leaf off to eat it. I sat down and ate spinach of several plants for the next 20 minutes because it tasted so good. Here is an easy way to guess at the nutrient value for me on our farm and will not work for you. I only have to pick it, then and eat it then, and by taste I know it has many good guys. Sometimes we have tested them and found I was correct. Now think of your organic produce coming from a 1000 acre field and all the variations. It is impossible to calculate. If you are the only one in the world allowed to sell paper clips and everyone wants paper clips then you are wealthy in dollars. Now we have so-called organic farming- what a joke. In 1892 the US government told John D Rockefeller that all his monopolies would have to be broken up. He did some but he did not wish to loose his control and what he wanted all of society to be from his prespective. There has always been a preoccupation by many with very evil thinking people in the world- mass murderers, high governmental officials amd the like so if you were ever inclined to want to see a macbre mind it would have to be John D. Rockefeller. His Trusts were for more control and not one single dollar ever given for an individual in pain and suffering. 2) In 1903, John D. Rockefeller wiped out in one day 600 of 650 medical school curriculums and replaced it with what he wanted. This is how I came about my original internet search. I was searching for herbal medicines prior to 1900 of North American Indians. There was one site that was there that had a curious title- something to effect of "Rockefeller wipes out 600 of 650 medical schools. I was curious so I began to search. What I found was horrible. Thousands of years of herbal medicines were wiped out in one day- all the knowledge and all healing that had been proven over centuries gone or not available to the public and certainly not by the way of the then, new medical community. If you look up the word eugenics it means exactly what it says- "to kill off people" by evaluating who lives and who dies. This alone is horrible but then herbal-tribal medicine too. Then it even gets worse as time went on with JR. Then when Aldof Hitler was put in jail in Germany for his opinions and wrote Mein Kampf he had been studying the eugenics records of the Rockefeller Eugenics Office- How did he get this information is still a little mystery but Rockefeller was not shy with his influence to many other outlets to disseminate his information. The Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Research was funded by Rockefeller and even provided the money indirectly for the discovery of the correct gas to kill off millions of people and set up the research facilities of Megele and others-some of which became researchers after WWII in Rockefeller Trust research projects in the USA. This alone is the second and third major horrible things. Then you come to The Council for Foreign Relations with members coming from the elite in every field of every country in the world. Also Rockefeller was delighted with the 27 states that adopted the forced sterilization laws for mental patients which was later appealed years later. This then came in 1974 as Roe versus Wade. John D died in 1937 but would have liked it. Hitler was just coming into power in Germany. So John D Rockefeller was 22 when the US civil war broke ou and lived alnost to 1939 and the German invasion of Poland in WWII. 4) Then we come to the phramacuetical-medical complex . Because medicine was already contolled by medical schools from 1902 on setting up the pharmacuetical industry was a "piece of cake" and the Rockefellers’ own today 50%controling stock of all pharmacuetical companies in the world. I have forgotten the name of the author-framer of the original US Constitution that stated before the signing of the Constitution that an article should be included in the Constitution that would not allow doctors to group-together and form a monopoly. Obviously it is not there. 5) Not bad enough- still more to come. The council of Foreign Relations controls thought of all media including the Rockefellers’ owning controlling shares in NBC, ABC, and CBS plus excerting unbelievable influence on the NY Times,LA Times, and Washington Post. So all information about anything is controlled. 6-7)Then the World Bank- you have to remember that all banking is controlled by the Rockefellers’ with a few exceptions of Rothschilds and few individual families in Europe. Rockefeller also changes the gold standard which allowed money to be only paper without a backing and thus print all you want and the US government did and we had a major depression in 1929 etc. This alone is the seventh major horrible thing. 8-9)The World Bank makes loans to countries it hopes cannot pay back loans- then it goes to the so-called wonderful IMF which bales out the World Bank loan. When the IMF comes in they want collateral such as mineral reserves or even oil. You have to remember all the elite of every country are members in the Council of Foreign Relations. And thus it is more defaults by countries, the media says how horrible it is that people are starving and the Rockerfellers’ get more minerals and land reserves. 10)Getting the picture yet. John D. Rockefeller even gave huge amounts of monies to seminaries and universities to be able to control thought and research there as well. Then the education Act for having a steady supply of workers for his endeavors like "worker bees in a beehive". Children taught to "do" but not to "think" because thinking may cause problems. Goebbles in Germany knew this too. Remember "werke macht frei"- work makes you free. This is to control people period. So if you change the meaning of language you can change the concept of morality. There is nothing that is truth because all power-actions can be defended by whatever the power in control says because they control language. Rockefeller and Jr. and all the others now in the fourth generation are continuing the legacy of John D Rockefeller. What did John D. want. He wanted not only-oil,land,banking.medicine. FEEDING THE WORLD’S PEOPLES- CHANGING A PARADIGM OR RETURNING TO A PARADIGM OF EONS AGO. First the spritual leaders of the world- regardless of doctrinal beliefs- have basically failed to acknowledge the most basic elements of survival for living creatures whether they are plants, animals or humans.
There are many prophecies mentioned in many religious texts of many religions that state that in this time spiritual leaders will become servants to their own ego and what religion can do for them personally or their flock. Religion of today is a commodity selling whatever it takes to get the results it wishes rather than obeying the laws and principles of the original laws and principles that do not have ego as the main ingredient in spirtual guidance. Even if ego were not there spirtual leaders must agree in all religions on the basis of all life processes.
What is the basis of human life first? First there must be nutrients or nourishment of the fetus by way of the female as the human is forming. As the fetus is developing within the woman all the mother’s thoughts,deeds, and food,water, etc. are giving this nourishment. If she has confused thoughts, trauma, or other negative energy the fetus will have that as well. Finally by a myriad of things that are from past life’s energies and the life energies of the mother the child is born. We have forgotten a very important principle of religion. If we are created in the eyes of God of any religion we are made in his image.
So we are creating our own God to replace the Real God that has always been there in His true image- full of pure energy not a distorted energy.( The writer uses the word God meaning any form of higher energy or belief system that we are not). Finally through all this maze of energies the child is born. Females are given breasts for this reason to nourish the offspring once it is born. What is in this wonderful mother’s milk that sustains life. Many things, but certainly a special kind of energy for her offspring. We as humans now were given instructions many billions of years ago as to how to obey the laws of nature of human kind but play our own God roles as what we think it means rather than staying focused on what the Real God said was necessary for human growth. So unfornuately we have as many Gods now as there people on the planet at this time.
Religious freedom, I think not. It is complete chaos and confusion and we all are doomed in some form to fail because we have changed the original principles of all religions to fit our own temporal needs. All religions have told us to share what we can with those that do not have enough to sustain life. This principle is called respect for the life process- a single guiding principle of all religions. This single principle has always been the first to be discarded in any civilization but it is without question the true focus of the principle of life energy.
First, so-called spiritual leaders do not focus on this principle. Governments do not focus on this principle. Societies do not focus on this principle. Any very rarely do individuals focus on this principle. Even if some individuals focus on this principle they are overwhelmed by all those that do not focus on this sharing principle and the individual in many cases gives up his or her focus as well. Individuals have very little say in the equation of sharing, Societies a little more say. Governments have more say in the equation. And yet so-called spiritual leaders do not even focus of the principle of sharing even though they have the most critical part of the human experience in their hands.
One might ask the question that this is not the first principle of all religious beliefs. Then one must ask- what is the first principle if not this one. One can only pray or do mantras after a human has died. Yes. But one can not say that without air, water,and nourishment and seek spiritual growth. It is impossible because we need air,water and nourishment to even give praise of any kind of Higher Force or God. Yet we deny and manipulate this one solitary principle and many humans are denied God’s given rights to life. We have not only denied this principle, lost our focus on this principle and caused great suffering before the final death of God’s humans but also have used all types of intellectual endeavors to justify that we are God’s chosen people. There is not such a thing and never was. We are all God’s chosen people certainly including those that suffer great pains before final death. To look at life in the human one must look at death in the human first.
Have you ever imagined much less seen the death of a person by slow, painful suffering from no or little nutrition. This brings up a very special fact of a different type of focus. In order for the human to experience joy or pain one must feel these things emotionally in order to appreciate their full impact. The lack of focus on feelings is a great hindrance to spiritual growth and causes many problems for all that may wish to share but do not have the feeling or true empathy to feel the pains and sufferings of others.
The main reason for not developing empathy is ego and ignorance. First we use ego to protect who we are, what we want, what we have obtained, and what we want in the future and all the methods we use to obtain those materialistic items. I call this pathological disease of the human race of those that do not or can not see or feel empathy for the life process. Where does it come from. Ego and ignorance. Ignorance is the unwillingness to learn. Ego says that we do not have to learn. So both are born in the human spirit and produce horrific results for all living creatures- those that may have enough to eat and those that have very little and suffer and eventually die with great suffering. Even using the intellect alone one cannot toss off imaging pain and suffering yet even with intellect many do. Also if one is actually in simpatico or feeling the immense pain of those suffering it is impossible for any human to deny that such great pain and suffering exists and is very real. Yet we deny because of ego and ignorance.
Perhaps if there is a place or thought of a Hell or negative energy for all time then that would alter people’s view of denying ego and ignorance and offering whatever they could to the life process. Even a life of everlasting Hell or regression of energy into a lesser dimension does not alter the ego and ignorance of many people. So the spiritual leaders have failed again to keep our focus on the life process.
Power and greed are born from ego and ignorance and they present great hardships on the focus of the life process. Power is energy used. It can help or hinder. So there is a choice of how we use this energy. The problem as stated before is that which is based on ego and ignorance manipulates this energy into fulfilling more ego and more ignorance. There is less and less focus on the life process. In all religions even including the Bible it speaks of reincarnation of the soul’s energy. It may be the only hope for those who abide by ego and ignorance to get the souls to a better state in the next reincarnation.
However putting that aside the fact that since the beginnings of time all people have had ego and ignorance as their form of suffering that has caused others to suffer as well. How can one get rid of ego and ignorance and offer love,compassion and empathy and action to alter the degree of suffering of others. Spiritual leaders have failed again. It is the belief that spiritual leaders are interested in the spiritual growth of all. Yet it does not happen. Focus is not there. We all have ego and ignorance of one form or another and we all suffer because of it. But to stay in one place only in our ego and ignorance is based on free choice- a God given right. We must all grow in the devine way of God’s covenant to humanity not just acting as a God we think it is. God placed living creatures on this planet for all of us. Spiritual growth is determined by how we relate to all those things God has given us. Even the non-believer must admit that there are many pleasures and pains in life and have choices to alter those energies. So even if one is a non-believer one can still believe in the life process and share whatever they can to bring about less pain and less suffering.
Getting back to feeling the pains and suffering of someone dying slowly from lack of nutrients is a horrible death. Each part of the body dies at different rates and different nerve ending release great amounts of pain each and every day the body is dying. We do not feel much pain if we place one hair in the palm of our hand but if that one hair is in the eye it can cause great pain. The human organism is made up of billions of nerve endings and when the body is dying a slow death from malnutrition these nerve endings change how they lived and reacted before malnutrition and now you have massive,constant pain. One would hope for sleep, but those nerve endings are also destroyed. Very few people have ever had this type of suffering and been helped to restore them back to health. The next part of God’s covenant was that even though you are special to God so are all of your offspring. This vicarious suffering by the parents of the suffering child are in addition to their own suffering. All is dying and there is no end to suffering period. One must get past anger and hostility towards those that are ego-centered and ignorant and deny sharing as a God principle and keep total focus on God’s covenant to diminish the amount of suffering of all living creatures. Where we have failed the covenant all have varying degrees of pain and suffering.
All religions state that a portion of all our work should be given for the aid of others in greater pain and suffering than we are in. We give lip-service to this principle and people suffer. We manipulate the covenant and people suffer. Why would anyone wish to choose other than to share. Lack of focus,lack of spiritual growth caused by ego and ignorance and finally laziness. Laziness is a catch-all word for lack of choice. If I do not have to make a choice I am therefore not held to ego and ignorance. Totally and complete ignorance.
Society can place all types of blame for how we got here with all the definitions of the industrial age, technology and all the so-called progress humans have made but the blame is really on the violation of focus and choice on the principle of the life process. At anytime in the history of humans it could alter its choice to focus of the life process. Some times were slightly better ,some far worse. However we as conscious beings now have the same choice as humans did many thousands of years ago. Many would even question God’s covenant as an excuse for not making any choice and remain ignorant and thus would state that reality is that there has always been suffering so it is not their duty to choose to change it. It is someone else who should choose to alter suffering. This is totally stupid or ignorant. So we have power,greed,money,behaviors that all lack purpose and intent with actions that destroy purpose and intent and actions.
How is it that humans have always had something they have felt was so special that they wished to leave it for others to come? Why are these writings and thoughts of past humans forgotten and denied to us now? Was there a time when other humans thought and chose in a different way? The most important thing to remember is the here and now in this time with the strong abiding focus on past good choices and bad choices that either were focused or lacked focus on the life process principle.
Statistics are always devoid of humans even though they represent humans. Each human should have God’s rights given in His covenant to humans to have life even with our pains and sufferings. Many people seem only to be impressed by statistics and think that If they help a large amount of people on those statistical charts that are suffering that they are doing the most good. This again give rise to ego and ignorance. If it is so overwhelming then I can not do much to help. But what about your own spiritual growth? If you grow- you grow. If you deny growth- you deny growth. Again ego and ignorance. People in the Unite States would be appalled if all the people in Louisville,Kentucky were dead next week and ask what happened as if they wanted to learn not to have it happen again and certainly not to them and their family. This statistic is exactly what happens each and every week in the world where children of various continents die from lack of safe drinking water. Every 15 seconds ,about the time it takes to read three sentences in this article another child has died . Just ask yourself how many children or loved ones you have and count the seconds until they all die. Horrible but it happens each and every day. This is just bad water.
Then food- 852 million people in the world do not have food to even remotely sustain life. 852 million people is 2.86 times the total population of the United States. Can you imagine every person the entire United States dying from bad water and no food and we are a country of 300 million. Remember these are statistics not individual nerve endings dying causing massive pain and no way out of pain other than death.
Now to governments. Our blame game and rightfully so. We have been fooled by many ego-ignorant, pathological people who now use their ego-ignorance to advance their own ego-ignorance and a constant spiral of hardships on the focus of what we can be as humans. There are very few if any governments on the planets that are truly interested in the life process. I state again there are very few governments on this planet that are truly interested in the life process. So you donate money and think you gave and made a choice to share. Where does this money go? It goes to foundations with their employees and the like or finally some money makes it to the governments to help their people. The governments rarely allow all monies sent from the middle-man foundations to get to the people in need. So lets say you give 100$ - 19 or more$ to the foundation which leaves 81$ to go to the government in need. This has made very wealthy people in governments of needy countries and very little if any money gets to its people. Also if these needy governments do not get enough money or if we criticize them for not helping their own people the needy governments cuts off ties with donors until donors sense that they have to play by the rules of the needy government.
People are afraid of death and certainly are afraid of death from being killed. People are always obsessed with things they do not understand. Fear is another aspect of ignorance. People are rightfully fearful of present day schools in Pakistan teaching children to hate the USA. These madrass schools are indeed teaching hate out of the same ignorance we have in another way. Hatred of any kind taught anywhere for any reason is negative energy with great destructive power. Yet we in the so-called Western culture has done nothing to teach love and compassion in our schools for centuries. How do you fight hatred? With love and compassion. Do we protect ourselves from those that hate us. Yes. Every religion on the planet has as it basic tenet love and compassion. There are no religions on this planet that teach hatred as their tenet. Is it wrong to teach hatred? Yes very wrong. It goes against the whole of humanity as well as against all covenants in any religion given by God or Supreme Force. This is only one of the new problems that humans now face that has never been before in the history of humans. It is indeed one of the greatest problems of our future planet. Why are we not teaching morality lessons to three year olds and continue that through religious trainings in public schools and colleges? These are not just some wild thoughts but the future of the planet and all of its peoples have to have it to get back to the original covenant of sharing of life process principle.
The writer mentioned before the choices of previous humans being good and bad that we should learn from. Morality is in every religion on the planet. The writer mentioned laziness as a means of escaping making decisions which are caused by ignorance. The ability to grow in spiritual terms is governed by passion not laziness. Passion for the spirit is not ego in its purest form. One has always to be careful that passion does not go into ego.
Now to another fault of spiritual leaders. The writer mentions the schools teaching hatred but I must say that many spiritual leaders are teaching ignorance as a means a giving their flock spiritual guidance. If you only read certain books you have a certain view of those things pertain to your training. If you go to a seminary for training you have that view of training for your flock. But what if you studied others things as well you have that as option to give to your flock with more spiritual awareness. This is a form of delusion. Delusion means that someone thinks they have answers to questions and then finds out later that they did not have those answers. Ego and ignorance cause delusion. This delusion is one of the horrible obstacles to helping with the principle of the life process. Very few religions will admit that they are delusional and proclaim that they the have the only way to spiritual growth. It is more than go read again your religious teachings and see if you have different answers. There is only one principle of life- life itself given by a Higher Being and to make mockery of that Higher Being by placing your own interpretation on that Higher Being is the most ultimate insult. All living creatures are a part of this Higher Being in any religion and must be respected.
The reason why the writer has given so many lessons for spiritual leaders to heed is due to the ultimate place all peoples of all eons have placed on spiritual growth.
